Terms of Sales
1. STAY RULES
30% of the amount of the stay must be paid when booking a stay of at least one week, in a gîte (Coquelicots or Hortensias) and in a guest room (Aux Anges or Nature et cahrme caravan). If it occurs less than 7 days before the arrival date, the full price of the stay is requested. No administration fees. Upon receipt of payment, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation by email which will include practical information about your stay as well as these conditions of sale previously accepted as an attachment. The balance of the rental must be sent to us 30 days at the earliest before entering the premises for stays in a gîte and/or on site for stays in a guest room or caravan.
Please note: your reservation option may be lifted in the event of late payment of your deposit if you choose payment by check, holiday vouchers or bank transfer, the option period being set at 10 days.
2. ACCEPTED MEANS OF PAYMENT
• Bank or postal check, payable to Fabrice Berthereau or Nadia Berthereau (French accounts only) depending on accommodation • Bank transfer (IBAN Société Générale Fabrice Berthereau or Nadia Berthereau) depending on accommodation) Holiday vouchers (ANCV) or GDF gift vouchers • Payment secure online via Stripe, • bank card on site
Attention : It is imperative to indicate the reference and your name of your reservation with your payment on the back of the checks or on the transfer.
3. CAPACITY
The number of people mentioned per accommodation in our rates corresponds to the maximum occupancy authorized taking into account the equipment available. It cannot be exceeded for security and insurance reasons.
4. MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION OF YOUR STAY BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL
Any modification requested in terms of dates, location, duration, number of people or family composition must be validated by Angevinière within a minimum period of 2 days preceding your arrival date. It may, if necessary, be subject to additional invoicing if new options are requested.
Confirmed rental cannot under any circumstances benefit, even partially, third parties, natural or legal persons, without written agreement from the owner.
In the event of cancellation of the reservation by the tenant: Any cancellation must be notified to the owner, in writing.
a) Gîtes: cancellation 30 days before arrival at the premises: the deposit remains with the owner. The latter may request the balance of the amount of the stay, if the cancellation occurs less than 15 days before the planned date of entry into the premises.
Guest rooms: cancellation 7 days before arrival at the premises: the deposit remains with the owner. The latter may request the balance of the amount of the stay, if the cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the planned date of entry into the premises.
The owner strongly advises taking out cancellation insurance from his partner ASSURANCE CHAPKA .
b) cancellation after the rental date: If the tenant does not come forward within 24 hours following the arrival date indicated on the contract, this contract becomes void and the owner can dispose of his gîte. The deposit also remains with the owner who will request the balance of the rental.
c) if the stay is shortened, the rental price remains with the owner. No refunds will be made.
5. CANCELLATION OF STAY BY L'ANGEVINIÈRE, GUEST HOUSE / ECO-LOGIS
In the event of cancellation by the Angevinière, guest house: The owner returns to the tenant all amounts paid in advance.
6. PRICES
The prices appearing on our website or our brochures are subject to change depending on economic conditions or regulatory provisions, they are inclusive of all taxes. Only the price appearing on your reply email / your contract to your reservation or other confirmation letter is authentic.
7. CHILDREN
The age of children is calculated based on their birthday and the start date of the stay. An official document justifying the age of the children may be requested at the start of the stay.? During the entire stay, children are under the sole responsibility of their parents and must not be alone on the site.
8. ANIMALS
Our pet friends can be admitted to our accommodation provided that they are ""clean"", do not climb on the beds and that they are sociable and kept on a leash in the park (please inquire when booking if necessary). ). Additional fees are requested when you declare your pets when booking at Angevinière, eco-guest house.
9. VALUABLES
It is recommended not to leave valuable items in the accommodation. The owners decline all responsibility in the event of disappearance of tenants' personal belongings.
10. COMPLAINTS
Any complaint relating to a stay must be sent by registered letter with AR within 15 days following the stay at the following address:? l'Angevinière, ECO-LOGIS – 11 l'Angevinière - 50240 SAINT-LAURENT-DE-TERREGATTE
11 SOME RULES:
The Angevinière park is open to all our tenants. As such and in order to protect this natural place, please respect the rules of conduct below:
- do not leave any waste (butts, papers, masks, etc.) in the area? - respect the fauna and flora (no picking plants or flowers.... they are for the bees)? ;
- do not approach the hives - do not touch the pony fence, it is electrified;
- access to the domain is prohibited to people not residing in our accommodation, unless the owners are notified.
Each accommodation has private parking inside the property.
12 RESPECT FOR EQUIPMENT:
The sheets and towels that are provided must be taken care of when using and washing.? As carpets, blinds and curtains are not machine washable, any damage or dirt will result in compensation (cleaning note), or even replacement if necessary.? Any deterioration noted in the furniture, household appliances or any other object in our accommodation will result in the payment of identical replacement or renovation costs (equipment or work).
For this purpose, a deposit (bank pre-authorization, check, cash) will be required upon entry to the gîtes (€300), particularly for stays of more than 5 days. It will be returned at the earliest at the end of your stay, after checking the premises. The owner, however, reserves the right to return said deposit several days after the end of the stay.
13 DISPUTE
