We offer you the Hortensias house for short stays or weekly rentals, independent and bright, with beautiful volumes and fully equipped with about 75m², classified 3*** stars, for 1 to 5 persons (max 7 persons), with :
- American kitchen: fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, gas cooker, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster.../ dining area/ laundry room with washing machine
- Wifi and private parking available
- Large living room of 50 m2 naturally lit by a glass wall, with a bioethanol stove for your cool evenings, a sofa and colourful cushions, an armchair, a pouffe, a dining area for 2 to 8 people, a large flat screen TV...
- Private terrace fully equipped with dining and relaxation facilities
- A large bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed on the first floor.
- A bedroom with 2 single beds on the first floor
- a sofa bed (120x200) for 2 extra people, on the ground floor
- a bathroom with shower and separate toilet on the first floor
This house is not accessible to disabled people in wheelchairs, as it is on two levels.
For babies, we provide free of charge on request: cot, bath, high chair, baby potty, changing table, bottle warmer.
At l'Angevinière, we have chosen to provide you with bed and household linen (tea towels, towels, bath mats) and some basic products in the gîte so that you don't have to bring everything for the beginning of your stay.
All utilities are included in the rental price, except for heating in the cold season (electric and bioethanol). However, we ask our guests to be careful with their consumption.
Cleaning at the end of your stay is included in the rental price.
Our homemade breakfast (home-made, organic and local) is available at an extra cost for short stays (less than a week).
The gîte is on 2 levels, with a private terrace; it is located in our property with the park at your disposal.
